DisposalSolid: Organic waste / organic sharps waste containers in primary or secondary litho areas.  Liquid: solvent waste bottles in litho wet decks or wet decks 1A/1B/2A.  Cleanroom wipes lightly moistened with acetone may be disposed of in regular garbage bins.
CommentsHeavily used within the nanoFAB.  Acetone can be found in squeeze bottles with red lids throughout the centre.
