DisposalSolid: Organic waste / organic sharps waste containers in primary or secondary litho areas.  Liquid: solvent waste bottles in litho wet decks or wet decks 1A/1B/2A.  Cleanroom wipes lightly moistened with IPA (e.g., for cleaning items in gowning) may be disposed of in regular garbage bins.
CommentsHeavily used within the nanoFAB.  IPA can be found in squeeze bottles with yellow lids throughout the centre.
