Minibrute Top Furnace (nitrogen/oxygen anneal)

Overview

The Minibrute Top Furnace is an atmospheric horizontal quartz tube furnace used for annealing in nitrogen, oxygen, or a mixture thereof. This tube may also be used for thermal oxidation.
