Overview

Nanoscribe Photonic Professional GT2 uses Two-Photon Polymerization (2PP) to produce filigree structures of nearly any 3D shape: crystal lattices, porous scaffolds, naturally inspired patterns, smooth contours, sharp edges, undercuts and bridges are all possible.

System Features

ResolutionX,Y > 200 nm, Z > 500 nm (setup dependent)
Maximum final dimensionsX,Y = limited by available volume of raw material, Z = 8 mm
Shell and ScaffoldAllows for printing large structures in a timely manner (requires post development curing with UV light)
Sample sizesSeveral sample holders allow for different shapes and dimensions
Overlay alignmentClose to 1 µm precision (setup dependent).
