- Ideally, we would like to have install the TePLA and commission it before retiring the Branson.
- Install TePLA on top of Branson table (tool is 29" × 26", table is 40" × 30"); UV ozone and vacuum oven to go under table when Branson is retired.
- New N₂ line is run up to under the tool, to service TePLA
- Existing O₂ to Branson can be teed off, then welded after Branson is retired.
- Use old µEtch pump (already in place) and SS exhaust (if available).
- Power requirements: 110 V / 60 Hz
- Glenn Elaschuk is adamant that this install will be easy.
