Storage

Cabinet 4 (bases/corrosives cabinet in Wet Aisle 2), for both stock bottle and working volumes.

Disposal

Collect waste in a bottle labelled "Chromium Cermat Etchant waste", and immediately put in chemical pass-through for disposal.  Do not store waste bottle in any cabinet.

N.B. Do not pour into waste bottle for standard chrome etch (incompatibility with acids).

CommentsTo be used in Wet Process - Metal Etch - Wet Deck 1A/1B.  Collect for reuse or dispose of as hazardous waste as described above.
